Dear customers, partners and friends of Lykke 

The restoration and securing of our trading infrastructure are progressing as scheduled. As previously communicated, this process will take an additional three to four weeks to complete.

As part of this process, a maintenance pause is scheduled from 2 a.m. London time (UTC) on Monday Aug 12 until 2 a.m. on Wednesday Aug 14. During this 48-hour period, the Lykke Wallet app will be temporarily unavailable.

Furthermore, our technical team is putting together the necessary action items to restore the custodial services of the Lykke Exchange, which enable crypto and fiat deposits, and withdrawals. We are working hard to fully restore all operations as quickly as possible.

Please be aware of fraudulent “funds recovery” offers circulating on social media. These scams are designed to take advantage of your concern. They have no legal basis whatsoever. I strongly advise you not to engage with them.

The Lykke Exchange will honor its obligation to each customer by restoring the exact amount that was in their account at the time of the attack on June 4. We greatly appreciate your patience and support as we work to resolve this issue.
