Dear customers, partners and friends of Lykke

Following the successful 48-hour system maintenance earlier this week, we are making good progress with our trading recovery plan. While delays cannot yet be ruled out, our best-case scenario is as earlier announced to have the trading system back up and running by the end of this month or in the early days of September.

After logging into your wallet following the system maintenance, you may have noticed that the fiat equivalent of your crypto assets appears as zero. Don’t be alarmed – your crypto assets remain unaffected. The system is simply waiting for an update reflecting the latest crypto prices. Once trading resumes, prices will update, and the fiat equivalent of your assets will display the current market prices, just as it did before the incident.
